Second after goat hair "langhao" brushes are made from a sort of weasel and many people mistakingly call them "wolf" brushes. In Japan weasel and marten being too expensive, the hair of "tanuki" (badger) is used preferedly.
All those tools are extremely swift, acute and nervous, while they can't hold an important quantity of ink. They are suitable according to their shape for drawing, painting, or calligraphy the easiest way.
